A Ukrainian local councillor detonated grenades at a village meeting, leaving at least 26 people injured.
A man was filmed entering through a door and taking grenades out of his jacket, before tossing them onto the floor.
A number of explosions followed, leaving the room filled with smoke and bodies on the ground.
It is not clear why he carried out the attack in the village of Keretsky, in the west of Ukraine, away from the front lines.
Six people are in hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to Ukrainian police.
A police statement said: “As a result, 26 people were wounded, six of whom are in a grave condition.”
