The football gods blessed NFL fans with some fun and interesting matchups in this weekend’s wild-card round, with no matchup carrying more intrigue than Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams heading to Ford Field to take on Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions. It’s Stafford’s first time back in Detroit since the trade that sent him to L.A. and he is looking forward to making a triumphant return. “The opportunity happens to be in Detroit, which is fun for me on a personal level. I know it’s going to be rocking there. Haven’t had a playoff game there about 30 years or whatever it is. So it’ll be a great atmosphere. It’ll be a tough task for us, but definitely excited.”
Which brings us to today’s quiz of the day. In NFL history, 29 QBs have thrown five or more touchdown passes in the wild-card round, including Stafford, who has six. So with that in mind, how many can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
